Reviewer Assignment Policy

Reviewer assignment follows pillar mapping directly: manuscripts are assigned to reviewers whose stated expertise corresponds to the pillar or pillars the manuscript addresses. For cross-pillar submissions, manuscripts are assigned reviewers from each relevant pillar to ensure that both the specialist content and the systemic linkage are independently evaluated.
