Authors Fee

The Journal of Future Learning Ecosystems (JFLE) is committed to providing an affordable and transparent publication process while maintaining high standards of editorial quality and scholarly publishing.

Submission Fee

There is no submission fee. Authors may submit their manuscripts to JFLE free of charge. All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a rigorous double-blind peer review process without any cost to the authors.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

An Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.

The current publication fees are as follows:

• Regular Publication: IDR 150,000 per accepted manuscript.
• SINTA 6 Accredited Publication: IDR 600,000 per accepted manuscript. This fee will apply only after JFLE has officially obtained SINTA 6 accreditation.

The APC contributes to supporting the journal's editorial operations, including manuscript handling, peer review management, copyediting, layout editing, DOI registration, online publication, digital archiving, and journal maintenance.

Payment Policy

Authors will receive payment instructions only after their manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. Payment of the APC does not influence the editorial decision or guarantee publication. Editorial decisions are based solely on the scientific quality, originality, and relevance of the submitted manuscript.

Once the publication process has commenced, the APC is non-refundable.

Fee Waiver

Currently, JFLE does not offer a fee waiver program. Any exceptional requests for publication fee reduction or waiver will be considered at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief on a case-by-case basis.
