About the Journal

The Synergy: Journal of Outcome-Based Community Engagement is a multidisciplinary international journal dedicated to publishing high-standard community service initiatives with a primary focus on agro-economic empowerment, health resilience, and social institutional innovation. Distinct from conventional community engagement journals, The Synergy strictly enforces an outcome-based framework, requiring every published manuscript to explicitly demonstrate baseline situational evaluations, measurable transformational impacts, and quality assurance strategies to ensure the independent sustainability of the programs by partner communities. Published quarterly with issues released in September, December, March, and June and employing a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process alongside an Open Access policy, the journal aims to serve as a premier global reference for cross-disciplinary collaboration and impactful community empowerment benchmarking.
