What the Publication Fee Covers

The Article Publication Fee covers the operational costs associated with:

  • Editorial handling and peer-review coordination
  • Professional layout editing and typesetting
  • DOI (Digital Object Identifier) assignment and registration
  • Permanent open-access hosting and full-text archiving
Editorial Independence

Payment is due only after formal acceptance. The ability to pay has no bearing whatsoever on editorial or peer-review decisions.

Waiver Policy

Requests for fee waivers based on demonstrated financial hardship may be submitted to the editorial office and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
