Author Fees

AgroSciTech: Journal of Sustainable Agriculture is an open-access journal. To support the open-access model, provide immediate free access to research findings, and maintain high-quality digital preservation, the journal structure requires an Article Processing Charge (APC) only after a manuscript is officially accepted for publication.

Article Submission

Authors are not required to pay any submission fees. There are no charges for manuscript registration, desk review screening, or peer-review initiation.

Article Publication

Per Accepted Paper

If the manuscript passes the peer-review process and is officially accepted for publication, authors will be requested to pay a publication fee to cover administrative costs.

Important Notes on Payment:

  • The publication fee applies strictly to accepted manuscripts. If a paper is rejected during the editorial or review process, no payment is required.
  • Detailed payment transfer instructions and banking details will be sent directly via email by the managing editor upon the issuance of the official Letter of Acceptance (LoA).
  • After making the transfer, authors are required to upload the payment proof transaction through the OJS workflow system or send it back via editorial email.
