To uphold academic integrity and ensure compliance with national and international accreditation standards, JADE implements a strict plagiarism screening process for every submitted manuscript.

Screening & Tolerance Limit

All manuscripts are thoroughly checked for similarity using Turnitin or iThenticate immediately upon submission.

Maximum Similarity: 20% *Excludes bibliography/reference list, appropriately cited direct quotations, and standard generic phrases.

Post-Publication Retraction

In the rare event that plagiarism or intellectual property theft is discovered after a manuscript has been published, the Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to formally retract the article. The retracted article will be marked accordingly on the journal's website, and a public retraction notice will be issued.

Acceptable

The manuscript clears the initial screening and proceeds to the Double-Blind Peer Review stage.

20% - 30%
Moderate Overlap

Returned to the author. The author must paraphrase overlapping sections and resubmit.

> 30%
Severe Overlap

Immediately rejected without further review to maintain the journal's standard of originality.
