Author Guideline

Authors are invited to submit original research articles, review papers, and case studies that fall within the scope of JADE: Journal of AI, Data & Engineering. Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication in any other journal.

General Requirements

  • The manuscript is written in English or Indonesian using the official JADE manuscript template.
  • The manuscript presents original research with clear objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions.
  • All figures, tables, and references are properly cited and formatted.
  • The manuscript must comply with the journal's publication ethics and plagiarism policy.

Manuscript Structure

  • Title: Calibri 16pt, Single space, Capital Each Word.
  • Abstract: 150-250 words, Calibri 11pt, accompanied by a maximum of 5 keywords.
  • Introduction: 750-1000 words detailing the research problem and objectives.
  • Methods: 400-600 words explaining the materials, procedures, and statistical parameters.
  • Conclusion: 40-80 words answering the research objectives clearly without statistical statements.

References & Citations

  • All citations and bibliography must strictly follow the American Psychological Association (APA) style.
  • References must primarily consist of scholarly literature published within the last 10 years.
  • Authors are highly encouraged to use reference managers such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.
  • Ensure cited references are linked to their records in CrossRef to minimize typographical errors.

Submission & Review Process

All submissions are made through the journal's Online Journal System (OJS). Authors must complete all required metadata during the submission process. Every submitted manuscript will undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer review process.
