Formatting Requirements

Manuscripts must be submitted in English and formatted according to the journal's manuscript template and citation requirements. Authors should ensure that the manuscript is clear, consistent, and suitable for scholarly publication. The manuscript should generally follow the following structure:

• Abstract: Must not exceed 250 words and should clearly present the research background, objective, methods, principal findings, and conclusion.
• Keywords
• Introduction
• Methods
• Results
• Discussion
• Conclusion
• Acknowledgments (if applicable)
• References

Scope & Ethical Requirements

Manuscripts must demonstrate clear relevance to the focus and scope of Salus Juris: Journal of Health Law & Bioethics, particularly in relation to health law, bioethics, healthcare governance, healthcare systems, public health, pharmaceutical and medical device regulation, digital health, healthcare financing, healthcare risk management, or patient rights and health consumer protection. Authors must clearly articulate the legal, ethical, regulatory, institutional, or healthcare-system significance of their research. Where the study involves human participants, patients, personal or health data, clinical information, or other ethically sensitive materials, authors must provide appropriate information regarding ethical approval, informed consent, confidentiality, privacy, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Manuscripts that fall outside the journal's scope or fail to meet applicable ethical and legal requirements may be returned to the authors or rejected during editorial screening.
